Healing sessions & Red Tent circles
Online 1:1 journey
The journey includes 3 online sessions once a week 30 min. each and in-between support in a chosen messenger. Each journey is unique and tailored to your needs. During the sessions I will guide you through simple somatic practices which allow the activation of your inborn healing capacity. Between the sessions you will receive audio-visual materials containing meditations, shamanic journeys, easy to do practices to support the integration of your healing.

Private session in Helsinki
The healing session in my Red Tent space is tailored to your request and can be 1,5 or 2,5 hours long. Before meeting in person we will have a 15 min. online call to discuss your needs. I will meet you exactly where you are at. During the session we can use simple rituals, somatic movement, guided mediations, energy healing, yoni steaming, shamanic journeys depending on what is needed in the moment exactly for you.
1,5 hours 150 euro.
2,5 hours 250 euro.

Red Tent circle
Join me in a circle where women can authentically be together and support one another. This is a space for sharing stories, telling truth, being heard and held, resting and nourishing your body and soul.
